Install

Make sure PGDG and PIGSTY repo available:

pig repo add pgsql -u   # add both repo and update cache

Install this extension with pig:

pig install omnigres;		# install via package name, for the active PG version
pig install omni_kube;		# install by extension name, for the current active PG version

pig install omni_kube -v 18;   # install for PG 18
pig install omni_kube -v 17;   # install for PG 17
pig install omni_kube -v 16;   # install for PG 16
pig install omni_kube -v 15;   # install for PG 15
pig install omni_kube -v 14;   # install for PG 14

Create this extension with:

CREATE EXTENSION omni_kube CASCADE; -- requires omni_httpc, omni_web, omni_var, omni_yaml

Usage

omni_kube: Kubernetes (k8s) integration

The omni_kube extension provides Kubernetes API integration from PostgreSQL. It depends on omni_httpc, omni_web, omni_var, and omni_yaml.

The extension enables interaction with Kubernetes clusters directly from SQL, allowing you to query and manage Kubernetes resources using the K8s API through the HTTP client provided by omni_httpc.
