Repositories

Four answers. PGDG means the extension comes from the official PostgreSQL Global Development Group repositories. PIGSTY means it is built here. CONTRIB means it ships inside the PostgreSQL source tree and needs no extra package at all. MIXED means the two repositories each carry part of the family.
